Cannon Roofing partnered with Clayton Construction to deliver a 25,300-square-foot roofing system for the new Pet Resource Center coming to Spartanburg, SC. This facility will play an important role in our community, and our team was proud to contribute to a project designed to provide shelter, care, and services for local animals.

The roofing system was completed using a Sikaplan Singleply 60mil PVC membrane, sourced through Mid-Atlantic. Through strong collaboration between Cannon and Mid-Atlantic, we were able to ensure pricing remained stable despite market increases, which not only benefited the project partners but also delivered a significant win for taxpayers.

The Sikaplan system provides the durability, weather resistance, and energy efficiency required for a facility of this size and purpose. In keeping the project cost-effective while balancing quality installation, Cannon Roofing was able to provide a roofing solution built to last while serving the community and protecting our animals.
