Cannon Roofing partnered with Harper and REI Engineers, Inc. to complete a roof recover for the 9,800-square-foot addition to the existing South Carolina Public Library in Spartanburg.

Instead of a full roof replacement, our team implemented a cost-effective recover strategy. By utilizing a new VaproShield system, we were able to dry out the existing ISO insulation, salvaging most of the original material to allow for cost savings, minimal operational disruption, and a sustainable roofing solution.

The new Siplast 60 MIL Parasolo PVC KEE Membrane was seamlessly integrated with the existing structure, ensuring long-term durability and protection and a single warranty covering the entire system—offering peace of mind and reliable performance for years to come.
