How A Roof Leak Starts
Some roof leaks are caused by storm damage, while others are simply due to age. However, most leaks are caused by neglect. Cannon recommends a minimum of one roof inspection per year. If you start noticing water stains in the ceiling or exterior walls, moss or mold build up, or vegetation growth on your roof, these can be signs of a potential roof leak or conditions that can create future leaks. Don’t let a small leak turn into an emergency or disaster.

When to Call a Pro
Call a professional as soon as there is any indication water is coming into your building. Leaks need to be investigated as soon as possible to reduce further damage. Even if you don’t see water coming through but suspect you may have a leak—call Cannon!
